Q. How do I get my discount?
A. Once you have bought and printed your pass, choose which services you require and make sure you let the provider of the service know when you contact them to book that you have the easyfrascati discount!
Q. I'm already in Italy and I don't have a printer...how can I get my pass (and my free mp3 file) ?
A. Many of the hotels in Rome will be able to provide you with a printed card you can purchase at the concierge. If they don't, send us an email and we'll deliver it to you in Rome or Frascati. On this card there is also a QR code that you can scan (download a scan APP previously to your phone!) then download and listen to your audio file, if you have internet on your phone. For any other situations send us an email..we'll try to sort it out

Q. Can I trust the info, dates and times to be correct?
A. The site is updated continually, so the answer is yes, but if you need to double check, send an email! We don't mind reassuring you!
Q. Will the service provider honour my discount?
A. Yes. Please make sure you tell them you have your pass (when you are booking) so are entitled to the prices/discount shown on this site. Any service provider that doesn't honour the discount agreed will be taken off this site after 2 complaints.
