They can also offer secondary paths that veer off the Via Francigena, to show the particular naturalistic characteristics of the area.
If you wish you can also re-enact a more authentic atmosphere of the past by having guides in the relevant historical costumes. They can kit out up to 25 persons with costumes for special dinners and medieval events.
These incur a supplement of 20% for the whole group, or for just the Guide in costume: 10%

OTZI day
A half day (morning or afternoon) discovering the life of primitive man, Ice-age man. A totally original and unordinary rediscovery of manual creativity and awareness of one’s own capabilities, renewing one’s self respect. Activities can be carried out either in pairs or individually. Live like Otzi the Ice Age man, a trip into the past of about 4500 years.

Learn how to light a fire with primitive techniques, how to shoot arrows (with reproduction bows), how to chip flints to make tools and how to model clay.

Weekend in Tepee - Lakota Day
A great original experience discovering an afternoon/evening living like the Lakota Ogala Sioux. Redescover the warmth of sitting round the fire in a Tepee and its relationship with Mother Nature, the eternal equilibrium. Learn about the objects commonly used by this people with the evocative names such as Red Cloud, Mad Horse and Sitting Bull, sleeping (if you stay overnight) protected by the vortex of energy channeled by the tent’s own form. An encounter with the spirituality of the Red Indians, rediscovering the common roots of all mankind. In a typical Lakota tent your soul will be touched by this emotional-sensorial experience.

Learn how to light a fire (father) in the Indian tent (mother), symbolism of the sacred pipe (Chanupa). The Equilibrium of masculine and femminine in the Wheel of medicine and in the structure of the tepee. How to shoot arrows, the legend of the White Lady Bison. Sign language and the Totem animals.

Indroduction to personal Survival.
A morning or afternoon learning the basics of Survival or Bushcrafting.
Rediscover the resources you can find around you in the woods or even in an urban pathway. Master the capability of awareness that can get you out of an unexpected predicament.

Activites: learn how to light a fire with a flint striker, orienteering with a compass and map, how to build a shelter, what to put in an urban survival kit, how to make water safe to drink.

CAVALIER for a day
A day as a Medieval Cavalier in Historical Costumes (minimum 4 participants- max 15) Lasting 6 hours. Learn archery with a medieval bow, a cross-fire bow, the basics of using a sword, stick combat, how to light a fire with flints and about the equipment he would have used. €300 per group.
Dynamic Archery Federal A.S.C. instructor - 4 hours duration.
Fun and play whilst gaining self-esteem and precision. Learn both primitive and English style ‘long arch’ techniques, from horse-back bows to modern ones.
Price: €30 per person (all necessary equipment in provided).
3 DAY CAMP for all school grades
3 days in complete contact with nature, working on your conscience and capabilities, expressing your creativity and re-enforcing your self - esteem and character. A unique strong and natural experience of those that until today you could on immagine.

Summer Camp ‘TIMELINE’
Every day from 9-13 and 14-17 ( alternative times can be arranged) our ‘little explorers’ will encounter experimental archeology in the woods, doing outdoor sports, playing with and making simple but effective tools, recreating the context each day, of a prehistorical tribu, of a group of Indians, a Medieval regiment, a group of young explorers or a group of outdoor sport of survival: all important for his future character development. To enable him to grow into a capable and conscientious person without loosing touch as he grows with his childhood dreams.
Price: € 100 per person per week EXCLUDING meals (to be provided by caterers at a special rate).
Encounter with Geometry, Bioenergy and the senses.
Learn more about the ‘invisible’ world around us, that have accompanied us since the origin of time. That have inspired us to build megaliths in particularly charged and vital places. Prices vary.
