Il Cucù (the cuckoo clock) is in the center of Frascati. Homely but simple and extremely clean. There are 3 spacious rooms and a shared bathroom, with nice high ceilings and original hexagonal-tile floor, one side overlooks an internal airy courtyard and the other towards Rome with a partial view of the city lights. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, spacious fridge and selection of goodies for breakfast with plenty of room for sitting at the table. You can tell that the owner likes to to make sure all the little details are right to give you a pleasant stay.
